1/2 tbsp of Olive Oil
1 Pkg Smoked Salmon
1 piece of whole grain toast
Smoked Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper
Pinch of Cayenne
Spray your frying pan with olive oil, let it heat up on medium heat.
Crack your egg into the pan and let it cook for 3-5 minutes, until your yolk is a consistency preferable to you.
While your egg is cooking, plop your whole grain toast into the toaster and cook until light brown.
To finish it off: lay your smoked salmon on a plate, along with your avocado and toast. add the egg to the plate and season with salt, pepper and cayenne. At this point I like to drizzle just a little bit of smoked olive oil on the salmon and avocado, for an extra kick.
*added note: Smoked olive oil is a speciality oil sold in most speciality olive oil stores.
