I am always looking for easy sweet treats to whip up and make breakfast not feel like a drag. Sometimes eggs, bacon and potatoes is just too much to start my day. Gluten Free Vegan Raspberry Balls
Serving Size: 4 peeps
Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Makes 24 Balls
2 Cups Rolled Oats
1 Cup Almond Flour
2/3 Cup Unsweetened Coconut
1 Cup Raspberries
2 tbsp melted Coconut Oil
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
Roll into 1 inch balls.
Refrigerate in container, lasts about a week.
You can use fresh or frozen raspberries. If you use frozen, make sure to defrost and lightly mash.
