Veggie Sandwich

Ingredients
2 Slices Whole Grain Rye Bread
1 Tbsp Guacamole
1 Tbsp Garlic Hummus
Shredded Rainbow Carrots
Heirloom tomatoes
Sprouts
Shredded Cheese
Instructions
Lay your bread slice on a cutting board. Smear hummus on one slice and guacamole on the other side. Layer carrots, tomatoes, and sprouts evenly. Season with pepper. Carefully fold one half on top of the other. Slice in half and enjoy!
Notes
If you have fresh avocados, you can use those in lieu of guacamole.
