Sometimes I get a little bored cooking salmon the same old ways with either lemon or teriyaki. I had some fresh white peaches in the fridge and thought, well why not?? This was easy and refreshing, especially for this brutally hot day. Try your hand at white peach salmon tonight for dinner!
White Peach Salmon
Serving Size: 1
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes
1 Tbsp Butter
1 White Peach (cubed)
1 tbsp honey
1 Salmon Fillet
salt and pepper
Heat a skillet over med-high heat. Add butter to the pan with peaches, honey and lemon zest.
Allow to cook for a few minutes to soften the peaches.
Salt and pepper your salmon fillet. Gently lay salmon in pan next to peaches. Cook on each side 2-3 minutes, depending on thickness of fillet.
Plate peaches first and salmon gently on top.
